Q: I feel like my makeup disappears by lunchtime! I put the same amount on as always. What is happening and how can I prevent it?
A: Another beauty Q! The summer heat doesn’t help a bit, but I bet this happens to you in colder months sometimes, too. Your skin is simply dehydrated. Exfoliate once a week to remove those dry skin cells, drink an extra couple glasses of water and add a bit extra moisturizer. Be sure to let the moisturizer sink in before putting on your makeup (about 10 minutes). A tinted moisturizer works well as a foundation, since it hydrates the skin as it masks imperfections.
